please refer either method below:

1.you will need to set combination key to “on” at debug menuàother settingà combination key.

then the menu and input can be locked/unlocked by pressing the following front panel buttons in sequence:

vol , vol , setting, home

2. you can also directly set to on in debug menuàother setting to turn on this menu lock.
